Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Assured SIA Training, we provide professional training courses. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.
Course Bookings
All course bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your course, you must notify us at least 10 days before the course start date.
Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled if sufficient notice is provided. All rescheduling is subject to availability.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 10 days before the course start date may result in loss of payment.
Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a booked course without prior notice will result in full loss of payment.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Course Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all course requirements before booking. Failure to meet requirements may result in refusal to attend without refund.
Behaviour Policy
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
